Mowbray mincemeat is made with luxury dried fruits (golden raisins, cherries, cranberries & dates) hand diced apple, pear, fresh zest & plenty of brandy!
We use butter instead of suet for a richer flavour (and it also means they are veggie friendly!)
We use our own house-made all-butter pastry for a light crust, and a perfect ratio of mincemeat to pastry!
We rather like ours with an Espresso Martini!
Our mince pies contain gluten, dairy & eggs, but are vegetarian and free from nuts
