From the Dumerso Mill in a small town not far from Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. Collectively, 750 different smallholder farmers join forces to develop this incredibly tasty coffee and during harvest season, they employee over 400 local residents to help them with processing and transport.
This stunning Ethiopia Starts off as strawberry cream milkshake and ends up as apricot sorbet. We don't know what to call it, but it's everything you want an Ethiopian Natural coffee to be. Queue the sound effects of berries exploding loudly in the background.
Cousin Berry is a Grade One cherry, which means only the ripest and best are used for this coffee. Since this is a naturally processed coffee, the drying process can take up to 6 weeks as the fruit remains on the coffee bean in its full glory as it rests in the African sun.
