In 2012, the first Mörk hot chocolate blend was created using the same approach taken by specialty coffee roasters and Baristas with respect for the traceability, quality and unique origin of ingredients all the way from bean to cup. 2 tbsp of chocolate and 200ml of milk or milk alternative, combine mörk chocolate blend with ¼ of the milk in a pan over a low heat and whisk until smooth, slowly add the remaining milk continuing to stir bring the chocolate to a simmer and serve in your favourite mug !
